One on one boat handling online coaching (LASER / Optimist)
If you are looking to improve your boat handling around the course, one on one coaching is the fastest way to get to the next level. Now you can get Rulo’s advice even without traveling!
How this two sessions webinar works?
On day one webinar we will explain you how to use your onboard camera to record your
training session, how to upload your videos to share with us. We will clarify your boat handling
skill sets / training needs set and explain which drills you need to practice next time you go out
sailing.
(this will be 30 minutes one on one webinar)
Then you go out to practice our drills recording your session on the Sail Pro camera. After
sailing you must review your video and follow our instruction uploading the video to our Vimeo
private channel.
After you complete these steps you will email us and we will schedule the second webinar
meeting session.
On our second webinar session we will analyze the video with you online, highlighting every
detail were you can improve. We will also compare your maneuvers with other top sailors to
