Coaching

Success in sailing requires a combination of physical ability, mental preparation and discipline.

Rulo Borojovich is a graduate physician specialist in Sports Medicine. He applies this expertise, together with his highly successful sailing career and more than 20 years of coaching experience, to maximize your potential through effective and enjoyable coaching.

A coaching day with Rulo, runs as follows:

• Briefing and setting goals for the day / week
• On-water coaching session with video (Onboard camera if needed)
• De briefing and video analyze.

Reviewing the onboard and coach boat video footage provides invaluable feedback to assist sailors with their respective programs. In this theory class Rulo will highlight athlete’s strengths and weaknesses and set areas for future technique refinement.

Coaching all over the world and trading ideas with other expert coaches and top sailors, has kept Rulo at the top of the coaching game, knowing what it takes to maximize any sailors performance.

You can come for coaching to Cabarete where sailing conditions are perfect all year around or we travel to you.
