This webinar is designed to help you to improve your upwind technique in strong wind. Coach Rulo will provide you with all the

tips and tricks necessaries to sail faster in hiking conditions. Laser Olympic Bronze Medal Rasmus Myrgren SWE, will be the

guest expert in this webinar, and will answer sailors questions. In addition to Rulo's slides, and Videos, Rasmus will share his

personal experiences and tricks, that make him one of the best Laser sailors ever!

(3) Master your boat handling (LASER / Optimist) One on One webinar

If you are looking to improve your boat handling around the course this is the program for you.

With the registration to this webinar you will receive a free Sail Pro onboard Camara to record

your technique and to analyze the video online receiving top tips from Coach Rulo

How this two sessions webinar works?

On day one webinar we will explain you how to use the Sail Pro onboard camera to record your

training session, how to upload your videos to share with us. We will clarify your boat handling

skill sets / training needs set and explain which drills you need to practice next time you go out

sailing.

(this will be 30 minutes one on one webinar)

Then you go out to practice our drills recording your session on the Sail Pro camera. After

sailing you must review your video and follow our instruction uploading the video to our Vimeo

private channel.

After you complete these steps you will email us and we will schedule the second webinar

meeting session.

On our second webinar session we will analyze the video with you online, highlighting every

detail were you can improve. We will also compare your maneuvers with other top sailors to

show you different techniques. (This will be 75 minutes long).

You will receive a list of action points to make immediate performance improvements.

At many regattas a significant part of the winning process is achieved before the start gun, or even before we arrive at the venue. We will discuss various ways to collect and sort the information which will refine your decision making around the race track.
